Well, my inspection sheet that I received, was, according to Mike the service rep, was last visits inspection sheet. But it had the current date???
It said all but my right rear were bad. I just had bought new tires. So when I ask Mike about the report he said it was last visits inspection report and did not offer to give me a current report.
I know he was with another customer and I didn’t want to interrupt them. So I didn’t pursue the issue. I knew I’d receive this questionnaire and would comment here. So no, I wasn’t a happy camper.
Just felt he didn’t care.
