Hello, I made an appointment for Saturday to have my oil serviced and also fix popping and cracking sounds from stereo. The representative that served me told me that they could not accommodate the fixing of my stereo on the weekend and I would have to come back on the weekday. If this is the case, why should I even make an appointment at all? If this is not a service offered on the weekend please state what services are performed on the weekend. The representative agreed to have my stereo looked at and said it would most likely not be finished until Tuesday. Weekdays are difficult for me, but the representative informed me that they are open until 7pm. My car was finished on Tuesday morning and I received a text letting me know it was done. I then received a call at 4pm asking me if I was going to pick up my car. Yes I am planning on picking up the car but I thought I could come get it until 7. I definitely felt a sense of rush to pick up my car from the representative.
