In other Honda centers, they explain the service provided. In this one, they just took me to the cashier and then returned my key. It seems to me that there was no real explanation.

My name is Christian Yuson I have purchased two vehicles and have been servicing my car with you at Goudy Honda since 2012. Today 05/29/2019 at around 10:00 am, I came in for a routine oil change and Mike Fogt the service rep assisted me. He also insisted I needed a tire rotation. I was explained that “only full synthetic oil is offered” and that is the reason why it costs more. After completing my transaction with the cashier, I read on my receipt that the “tire rotation is not done, best tires are already in the front” but was still charged the $39.95. In addition to me coming to meet and talk to Mike, I noticed a big sign advertising all the other types of oil are indeed available and are still being advertised (not only full synthetic.) Upon me asking Mike questions about these curiosities, he replies, “ There’s no surprises. I told you from the beginning.” He continued to not come off customer service friendly, as I felt I were bothering him. I, ultimately, told him, “I understand. But I was surprised by still being charged for the tire rotation and by the sign advertising that multiple types of oil are still advertised.” As I was expressing this, he continued to walk away and not listen. After many years of going to Goudy Honda for my purchase of vehicles and services, this recent visit had been very unpleasant and may be my last.

I made a 7:30am appointment for an oil change only. I specifically told Dennis Palacios that I was going out of town, and needed to get out quickly. I was there over 2 hours for a basic oil change. When I could have gone to a quick service location for quicker and better service. Dennis promised to get me out quickly, but instead lied to me and tried to put the blame on the Mechanics. When I asked about the status of my car, he was rude and told me that there were other services being provided to customers with priority service. What was the purpose of providing me with an appointment when it didn’t provide me with the service an appointment should offer. Very disappointed with how Long was treated. And, before I left out the door, he yelled out to me “hey, by the way, you need brakes, and have a good day.” Very unprofessional, and worrisome since I was about to drive long distance out of town.
