I was completely disappointed with the services provided today for my Honda Accord. Someone in your repair department messed up so bad that I ended up going to a repair shop near my home because the car was making a horrible noise. I ended up paying the shop for a mistake made by your repair department. The problem seemed so ridiculous. The stupid air filter housing was not properly secure. Thanks to your incompetence I fished out 50 dollars. Something that could of been done at your shop had it been properly serviced. Also my tire was also serviced and again the damn like on the dash board keeps coming on.

The service was prompt and timely. However, Mr Fogt was not really clear when it came to keeping me updated on prices and costs of repairs for my vehicle. This resulted in a major discrepancy between the amount of money for costs I had agreed upon and the actual amount I owed. I'm sure it was an unintentional error, but it could've been avoided if the content in the texts was much specific and clear. Maybe using certain scripted sentences to communicate specific information to the customer could alleviate this problem. I am, however, very impressed by the manager, whose name I can't remember, for being so willing to come to a fair solution. I don't think I'll come back, but it's mostly because I have my own mechanic and I'll keep going to him instead. I only came to the dealership for service due to my mechanic not being in town.
