This morning when arriving to the service dept. an employee by the name of Dennis approached my car, I had noticed his mask was below his chin, my window was rolled up, I kindly asked him to put his mask on, he got really upset but still pulled up his mask, right after he aggressively asked me for the milage, I asked him not to talk to me that way, he responded by telling me “ITS TOO EARLY FOR THIS” and walked away.
Regarding Sader, I did not appreciate him lying to me, when they took my car for service, I asked Sader if they had put plastic on the seat, and steering wheel, he assured that they did, when the service was complete, they brought my car to the front the guy got off and there was no plastic, I asked the person why didnt they cover my car for safety, and he said they were ran out of plastic.
Now HONDA should be educating their employees about CORONA VIRUS SAFETY GUIDELINES, I should not have the responsibility to be communicating procedures on how to protect the safety of us the customers. Yes I want a follow-up on this.
