I owned many Honda and I am using Goudy Honda for all my service for past 10 years. This time the service helper Daissy is the worse I never encounter. She never call us when the car is ready. When we arrive the service desk and she never return the page from the desk. It end up we have to ask other to locate our car and finish paying the service. It took more than 30 minutes to receive our car even it was ready. As I said I never have this kind of bad experience with Goudy Honda. I will give a one star to her service and her attitude to Honda customer.
She is your employee and that is all I can feed back to Goudy Honda. Customer service is very important to your company.

I recently took my car in for service and I mentioned to your service manager that the my car, that I’ve had for about 2 years, rear windshield tint has become blurry. I asked if they could change it out for free, considering I haven’t had this car for long, especially not long enough for the tint to be in that condition. This was not anything of my doing, it just happened. I figured you would stand by your product and take care of this at no charge. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I was refused. This was not a big ask. I was not asking for a new engine; it’s window tint. I do not feel that I should pay for it to be replaced since it only lasted 2 years and it was not of my doing. I am very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, who has purchased multiple cars from your dealership.
