Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful advisors and techs. Jim Selheim, Sader and Mike are the best! I’ve never had a problem after servicing my car. I wouldn’t take my Honda anywhere else. Highly recommend Goudy Honda.

Ivan Castro never called me to update me on the status of my vehicle I was promised per the service invoice completion or update by 12pm and did not receive any calls I had to call in to the service department twice the first time I called in at 12:30 Ivan Castro was not available and I was told he would call me back asap. I waited an hour and half now 2:00pm and called in expressing my frustration and was finally told my vehicle was ready for pickup. Very poor communication from Ivan Castro and the service department.
