Called over the phone about my problem my oil pan cover skews fell off and was dragging on the freeway for the second time after always bringing my vehicle for service first time they did not charge to fix. They said over “the phone bring it in if it’s nothing serious we’ll fix it for free.” After bringing it in Mike told me “I can’t let these guys work for free we have to take off the cover and screw it back” putting on skews is not a major repair and charged me. The first time I brought it in they did NOT charge me for their own problem.
