Tbh, the car that I bought is the Honda clarity and I really can't trust that car as much right now... the steering wheel shakes when driving when I am on the freeway and my hand is on the steering wheel but the screen keeps telling me to put my hands on the steering wheel. The car's touch screen has problems after purchasing it for 1 year. We also bought the Honda warranty service and this is not what I expected. They said that it is the wheel"s problem but it turns out it was not the wheel's problem. I like the car but not the safety and the service for it.

Ivan F Castro he's not a professional he did not clearly explain what's wrong with my car even though i already paid for the service ahead of time. He did not contact him directly when the car is finish inspection i have to callin and go pick up the car almost the end of day. Finally this guy attitude need to be train cant work in customerservice field with a bad attitude. This honda goudy Alhambra need more improvement my wife and i dislike the attitude and the bad service here. we will need to think about canceling the service here.
