I usually go to the dealership where I bought my vehicle, but yesterday I went to Goudy because they were closer. I had a great experience and will come back.

No one came up to help me as I pulled into service bay. I had to wait for someone to finally acknowledge me needing help. Service rep did not talk to me about any of the feedback from technician after coming to pick up car. I had to go back and ask about any items. Then I was rudely responded to that I needed to just look at the paper and its all there. No discussion as to what might be needed or what might be needed to keep an eye on. Customer service lacking. Hesitant to come back again with this interaction.

The service was great in that the recall service was done, completed in a timely manner, and as promised. I was dissatisfied with was the not being told that the recall service would cause me to fail a smog test. From what I understand, the recall service reset the car’s emission computer so if I did a smog test right after it would fail. I should have been told to drive it for a few days before taking the smog test. It’s like getting instructions for care after you get a medical procedure done.
