He was argumentative and condescending. I am not sure as to whether it is because he doesn't know the answer and tries to make up for that, or because of arrogance. I have not encountered anyone like him who is much over his head. He gave me a bad day, and I won't come back there if he's the one serving me.

I put off bringing in my vehicle because of the coronavirus. I was very happy to see everyone wearing masks and the plastic covering on the seats and the steering wheel. It made me feel much safer and more comfortable. And I was very pleased that my vehicle was ready when promised since I had to go to work once it was done. My only complaint is that I asked for my car to be washed and the roof was not washed and this is the third time they do that.

Was never called when my vehicle was ready. Waited longer than I needed to. When I ask a guy in a black polo to call Ivan he ignored me. Finally a cashier cashed me out quickly as if she knew I’d been waiting longer than I needed to. I even heard someone complaining about the customer service in the waiting room thinking I had never experienced that for as long as I had been coming. Well, I guess it happened.
