I had a scheduled service appt at 8:15 and when I arrived at 8:15 I wasn’t seen until 8:45-9;00 am because a appt is meaningless since u take first come first serve so I didn’t end up leaving til almost 11 am. And I just needed an oil change/ tire rotation.

I was disappointed that when I got my vehicle back my rim and my back door was scratched and they tried to say it didn’t happen there. I understand accidents happen but it would of been nice if they wouldn’t of made it seem like it was me who did the damage. They need to hire people who take responsibility for their actions.
