I arrived at 7:30 at your service department, one of your representatives started to help me but he was very disrespectful, I told him that I didn’t like that way he was treating me and he raised his voice even more and said to me, “ I’m not helping you, find someone else” 2 other representatives were there listening and none of them even bother to help me. Thanks to Jose I was able to solve my problem, Ivan was there just there just to complete the transaction. I don’t think I will ever come back to get my service again. This is the worst experience in my life.

Mike and the service was great. The price was pretty expensive and the wait was 45+ minutes to get checked in with an appointment. You got to do something about that. Especially to make up for the high cost.

I have been going there since 2007 for oil change / repairs etc. I went for my oil change and I received the rudest and worst possible treatment / customer service. The advisor asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I simply asked if it’s free. He told me no and gave me a price which was fine but I was trying to explain that I’m sure an advisor has given me a tire rotation as a courtesy. I was trying to explain that I’m sure I haven’t paid for one before or maybe it was included in a service in the last and the advisor Minh Ngo told me “I don’t care what you paid or what you think you paid in the past.” He said it with so much attitude I felt so uncomfortable. I was so upset I asked to speak with a manager and explained everything to Jim I believe his name was. He was understanding and polite. However I don’t think I will ever go back in the future after this type of treatment and attitude. I really felt like my business didn’t matter and the advisor didn’t care at all like he stated. I will not go back unless you do something about that person but honestly it really made me feel unwelcome and like I shouldn’t go back.
