The service I received from Dennis was excellent. He was so helpful and a wonderful person. Managing the situation with him was so simple, and I knew my car was in good hands.

The technician, who serviced my vehicle, he did not properly filled the coolant at the proper level. the overflow bottle with 2 lines which indicates MIN and MAX. when I got home with engine was still hot, the coolant level was at it's MIN. that means when the engine is cold, the bottle is properly dry or well below MIN. He services this type of vehicles daily, he should have known the proper amount weather it was cold or hot. I would not to have the same technician to service my vehicle again. I paid higher price to be service by dealer and the technician is paid higher for his work. He should have done better job, instead of rushing to the next job. He, the technician, need to be counselled. He should be proud of the work he performed. Thanks.
