Very polite and friendly. Very professional and does his best to fix with any questions or issues you have. He needs a raise! Every time I get helped by him he always does his best !!!!

We only saw Daniel when we dropped the car off. Apparently he was out and we never could get any one to help us . We would call and leave messages and never got called back. When we finally picked up the car nobody seemed to know anything. Overall the service was terrible!

I want to report an incident happened today and I am VERY disappointed one of your service department employee(He’s an Asian guy sitting in the first row).
He approaching to my car and ask what kind service do I need to do ? I said “I need my regular service plus some factory recalls”, he response to me immediately “we have no time” with very rude attitude. I asked him “what is that mean ‘no time’? you have an attitude problem”. He said: ”I don’t want talking to you”. He’s showing he doesn’t want to serve me at all. Then he just left without any explanation. I was totally shock by his attitude. Then I asked his name, he also refused to tell. He leave me alone at least more than 15 mins.
Then second service consultant, Dane Ishil came to me, asked same question, I told him the same service I need. He’s response totally different with first guy. He's very kind and nicely said “no problem”, but factory recalls may take longer time(maybe more than 6 hours waiting time), I said “it’s OK, I can leave my car at your dealership until the job is done”. Actually, the service was done within three hours
Here, my question is: under your same management, how you train your employee at the totally different way to treat the customer? One put out the customer from your door, one is taking customer into your door? Why that can be happened like that?

Great representative for Honda. Had a pleasant experience with the cashier as well as the person driving the car back from the service bay. However, if I were to offer a critique, a car wash would be a good touch, especially after spending over $2,300. Food for thought. A simple car wash would have made me feel a lot special.

I was quoted $600 to diagnose the cause of my sunroof not closing. After it was disassembled I was told it would cost $2,400 to fix. I declined to have it fixed and was told that I would have to pay another $600 to reassemble my sunroof. I then told the service manager that I was quoted $600, not $1,200. He eventually agreed to put my sunroof back together for an additional $300. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency in pricing.
