I had my car detailed,inside only, I think someone should have explained the probable length of the procedure so that I could have made accomodations. The center compartment was not cleaned, I had to bring it to someone’s attention. The associate helping me seemed to be overwhelmed. I’m dealing with a neurological disability which affects my organization as evidenced by poor organizational skills, I noticed that I loose car keys .I never separate keys, First thing the associate did now lost fob, by me.

One of us could hv stayed there for it instead of two people running back & forth. It was a waste of our time. We like the prompt service but dislike ur schedule arrangement

I've been bringing my car to this service department for over 5 years and the 4 times I've had my car serviced, your technicians and customer service representatives have been increasingly rude or unhelpful. Especially last time when my key was broken by one of the people who delivers the car after service. I watched him do it and he still denied it and lied to my face even though I was standing there watching him as he forcibly removed my key from the ignition and snapped it off the in the ignition. Your management then made it much more difficult to replace my key. When I was finally able to do it I made an appointment at 730 in the morning and watched as six cars proceeded to be serviced before mine that didn't hVe appointments. Having the key made took an hour and a half when it should been 30 minutes maximum. This has been a complete disappointment and its unacceptable.
