I have brought my car to your dealership about 3 times to check a very faint clattering noise that’s come from just behind the instrument dash board that can be heard when the air conditioner is in operation. On the last 2 visits the technician was unable to detect the noise. On my recent visit, service technician named Angel road with me he and he also heard the noise. At the end of the day, When I received the phone call letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up, I was told by service advisor Daniel that the clattering sound was normal based on comparing the sound with other similar vehicles. I’m not satisfied with the answer I was given. I think that your dealership does not want to do a thorough inspection of the entire air conditioning system based on the lack of time and the the effort it would take to do such a inspection. I would like to get the issue resolved. Could you give me an alternative avenue to get the issue resolved or allow an extensive inspection of the entire air conditioning system. The sound only occurs when the air conditioner in operation, so it’s obvious the problem lies within the air conditioner system. Thank you, Stephen I
