I would like to comment on the service man that helped me, chi Wing Wilson. He explained to me in detail about my questions and researched a part for me in full detail. We dont come across cuztermer service

Made an appointment for the recall update at 8am. Got my car back at at 1:30pm. Service tech was rude and unresponsive to questions about updates on my vehicle, and when I was going to get it back. He basically was more and more rude every time I went back, seeming to do this so I won’t go back and ask. I finally had to contact the service manager and he took care of the updates, as well as getting my car done quickly. The customer service representation was poor, and unresponsive. The manager quickly corrected things, which made it felt like I was really getting the help I needed from a large dealership like Goudy Honda. I will always deal directly with the management from now on.

Neil was the first service manager to go through my car maintenance history in all the years that I have been servicing my cars. I appreciate his time and information in letting me know about my cars condition. Kudos to him.

Daniel was very helpful knowledgeable service employee. He made me feel like my van was going to be ok.

When I came in, it was so busy. Yet, the service advisors seemed like they were working hard. Less than 5 minutes, Minh came to my car already and asked what he can do for me. I told him my A/C was blowing warmer on the driver side. Mind you, I have a 2019 civic type r with less than 7,000 miles. I was looking to see if he would give a weird look or disbelief just because of the car and mileage. Type R owners are usually sought to be picky. I mean, we did pick that car for a reason. So I went to his desk and Minh helped me with my concern for the A/C. Meanwhile, Salvador moved my car for me because it was parked way back and there was room for my car up front. After signing some paperwork, I had my wife take me home. About 2-3 hours later, I received a phone call regarding a leaking condenser and issues with some hoses. Told me to rest assure as warranty will take care of it and that it will be done by the next day. Finally, car was blowing FREEZING cold air! When I picked up my car, a gentleman in slacks, white dress shirt, and tie came up and asked was everything ok and if I had any other questions or concerns. I noticed the name tag, Jim, I recalled. Seems like he was a manager or something compared to the others and I think he was working all over the place but under control. All in all, great service from beginning to end! This is why I still come here! Last time I came, Omar took care of me and before that, Ivan took care of me. I think their service team has it under control! Note: they do use steering wheel covers, disposable floor mats, and car seat cover! Also, everyone wore face mask. Great way to keep us safe from this pandemic! Thank you Goudy Honda!
