When getting there Mike Fogt walked up to me in a well professional manner, and asked me “how could I help you today?”. I let him know that I needed an oil change, a transmission oil change and a tire rotation. I was a little nervous at first because I was short on cash and didn’t know how much the expense was going to come out to be for everything to be fixed. On his desk, I noticed this Sunbit application. Mike Fogt thoroughly explain to me what my car needed, how much the total was going to come out to be, and he also helped me not to worry because he introduced me too sunbit. A great way to borrow money and helps reduce the anxiety and stress that someone could be thinking about when dealing with their financial situation. He told me that with Sunbit I could pay a certain amount and pay it back later with a debit card on file to process the application. I was relieved that my car was able to get everything that it needed to be fixed, and me as a customer not needing to worry about the expensive Bill that was going to come out of it. He later told me that he will text me when my car is ready to come pick up, and I was excited because not only was my car getting fixed and well done, but I really enjoyed the communication that we had and the level of professionalism he showed. He showed genuine care about my worries and concern, and he made sure if I had any questions he would be happy to answer them. Once my car was ready I came back with cash forgetting that I needed to deposit that cash into my bank account so the Sunbit Application could have a debit card on file. Mike Fogt had one of his fellow Honda coworkers drive me to the nearest Chase so that I may deposit my cash into my bank account, and come back to process the application. This has had to be one of the best experience I have ever gotten at Honda! I left that day proud and happy because I was one satisfied customer! So thank you so much Mike Fogt for your kindness and your hard work, I appreciate you and keep up the good work!
