Dennis was very friendly and helpful. Where he could have done better is to notify me when my car was ready. I arrived approximately 30 mins before the estimated time of completion. I waited 15 mins till after the time and still wasn't notified. So I went to check on the status. I found my key on his desk but he wasn't available. I waited for someone to call him over which took a while. He eventually arrived but took in another customer who arrived after I did. So I had to wait longer for him to finish that talk before wrapping my issue up. He was in a rush and told me that it would be faster if I didn't want to wait for the paperwork to close out the transaction. Instead of properly closing me out he chose to rush me out the door just so he could work on the next customer. He really needs to focus on the customer in front him.
