I used to go to Honda in Downey but they have terrible customer service. This was the 1st time taking my car into Goundy Honda and Ivan has excellent customer service skills. I will return here in the future.

Mr. Ishii was a SPECTACULAR Honda Service representative. He thoroughly explained/looked at the vehicle history and quickly got me out of the service department in 90 minutes. Honda is lucky to have employees like him! :)

I work in Alhambra and live in Azusa so I go to Goudy because it is convenient for me. To be honest I feel like I always need to be looking for competitor coupons because prices are a little high just for a oil change. My last visit I try to use a competitor Honda coupon and I was told it had to be printed so was not able to match it or beat it. A little disappointed to be honest. If I have to always look for coupons to make sure I am getting the best deal it is a little bit of a hassle. Customer service I would say was not the best experience. Instead of thanking me for coming in I was asked if you live in Azusa why come so far out. Had to explain like it mattered.
