I like Mike a lot- very personable and professional. However, I was a bit miffed that he left for lunch before my car was ready. I’d been waiting 2 hours when I finally decided to go check on things. One of the other service managers told me he had gone to lunch and I’d have to wait until he got to get my car. I am miffed at that guy too but I didn’t get his name. Instead of volunteering to help he just told me I’d have to wait. When the service managers aren’t available and have customers waiting, don’t they have some protocols for covering for one another? If not, they should. I ultimately got my car by finding a manager, but I think there should be a system.
