Advisor is not really honest. Initially he told me that there is A1,2 maintenance light show on my car but I never see the 2, which is replacing air filters. The advisor does not tell you approximately how much it would cost and automatically wants to do my tire rotation. I had to ask the advisor about pricing and what I want to be done for the car. He did not ask and tell me and I need to ask. I booked an appointment but there is about two hour wait. I waited at the facility but I barely see worker working on any car. The speed of just replacing engine oil is very slow. I had gone to Honda dealership in Torrance all the time, due to job change, I came to this one. But this service is very depressing. I told the advisor that in Torrance dealership, they only take about 30min if I make an appointment. The advisor told me that if the other dealership wants to risk the worker’s health then it would be on their own. I really did not expect that type of answer from a Honda dealer advisor. Instead of maybe think why the other dealership service department can do. Maybe they need to make a change. The COVID is not an excuse. When I went to the other dealership at Torrance, there was COVID also. But they handle well and have their worker working instead of not working or over booking their appointment for customers. Terrible experience. Again COVID is not an excuse. If it is, then have the dealership close or not open any service for any car. This advisor does not need to work there if he is so afraid of COVID. I am an essential worker that since the Covid, I went toe work every day. So I really don’t know why Honda hire this person.

The process was easy and smooth until picking up the car when it was finished. I felt rather unpleasant with the followup. Service needs improvement if I’m going to pay a couple hundred for service at a Honda dealership. This is not Lexus or Mercedes.
