My car was scheduled “express “ oil change at 9:30 am , and scheduled to return at 11:30 am, I asked for an update at 12:00 through text and was told “ I will be informed when the car would be ready” not my definition of an update, later when the car was finally ready the text I received never asked for me to walk in the office in order for my car to be returned. My car was returned until 12:40pm, highly unsatisfied with your “express” service.

I was there for a air bag related recall to my van. I was offered courtesy vehicle which was nice since I could go to work. However courtesy vehicle in dirty inside with lot of hairs either human or pets.
Upon my return the cashier office was close due to lunch with no back up person to assist customers for the return of courtesy vehicle and picking up vehicle. Went to service advisor. He promptly explain that airbag related recall work is completed. And pointed me to the area where I can pick up my vehicle. He also advised me to bring in the courtesy van for a quick inspection. Driver brought my van. I stepped inside only to find 4 loose screws laying on the passenger side floor. Exactly they area wheee the technician had worked. Perhaps he forgot to screw these bolts in? Or maybe they were from the old part?
In any case it was frightening for me to see those 3 loose bolts with washers on the passenger side floor.
Immediately went back to the service advisor. He apologized and said he will check with the technician and it can take another 20 minutes.
He called up the technician who worked on the vehicle. Technician looked at the bolts and casually informed me that he forgot it inside the vehicle and they belong to the old part. I immediately doubted his abilities to perform and work on this recall due to the nature of this work. I left from the site with the feelings of unknown.
I further emailed Maria Sanchez and explained her about my findings of hairs from the courtesy vehicle. Miss Sanchez choose not to reply back nor acknowledge my concerns. I wonder if Miss Sanchez did not find it important to at least acknowledge and reply to the email message.
