I drove back to workshop within a minute or two , as the tire light appeared in yellow color on the dash board .
My confidence in you was shaken to the core . Will go back to the mum and pa workshops , such as Kerechuk Motors in Alhambra . Their labor charge is much lower as well . Could have saved $50 to 80 today if I had gone there .

Wilson was very helpful in getting my car battery replaced.
Although, I feel there is confusion with appointments. I booked an appointment and the confirmation said Wilson would be my advisor. II pulled up to the appointment line and said I was there to see Wilson since the confirmation listed his name. He was with another customer, but I saw other advisors were available. I was not sure whether to wait for Wilson or ask anyone available to help me. I decided to wait, but found myself the only vehicle waiting. What should I do in the future?

I brought my car in to get my transmission replaced last week. While the car was there, I asked them if there’s anything wrong with my battery. They said it looks good so took my car home. A few days later, I tried to drive the car but the engine wouldn’t start. I had someone jump started it for me and took it to the dealership. They then replaced my battery.
I told Mike that last week, I was told the battery was fine. He said well you’ll have to drive it to know the battery’s life. So basically they want me to find out only when my battery stops working? I don’t understand how they couldn’t have done a battery test when I asked them is my battery fine. Why did I have to drive home and couldn’t start my engine, for me to know my battery is dying?
