I love working with Dennis he knows my car he always gives me a head up to any problems with my car that I don’t know. For example this last busy I had a cracked hose if it wasn’t fixed I would have had a breakdown. Works with me on pricing. I have had others in past but not no more I just like dealing with Dennis

I went last week to get an oil change and they told me I had a leak and to come back the following week so they can fix it. I go back today and they told me they couldn’t find the leak and that I have to take it back again and they need to get approval from the warranty place and I asked them why did you say there was a leak and you can’t find it that doesn’t make sense. And to top it off they charged me an inspection fee that they didn’t tell me about before they took in my car. What if the person didn’t have the money to pay it? That was very unprofessional and now I still have to go back again so they can fix the leak. It was my only day off and I spent it all day there just so they can tell me they didn’t fix it. Like I said that was very unprofessional they should be upfront about things and I wasn’t offered a loaner car so I had to stay there because it’s my only form of transportation.

They don’t even bother to put a screw under the engine’s cover. They left the cover hanging. It hits when I pass a bump. They also left a plastic tool under the drivers rug.

I'm very disappointed with goudy Honda about my car service they didn't check any of my vehicle fluids I got my brake sensor popping up saying low brake fluid on the dashboard also they didnt check my air filter I was told I needed to replace it soon when I had replace it a day before I took it in for and oil change I don't think I can trust a dealer that doesn't do their job right I was also offer a oil change for my transmission for $179+tax good thing I didn't get it cause I would of probably gotten ripped off by saying they service it n maybe nothing would of gotten done
