I was satisfied with Sader’s professionalism and the services done to my car. However when I checked under the hood I noticed the complimentary top off fluids weren’t done. It wasn’t a big deal but I expected at least those be done since that always was done at all the Honda dealerships I’ve gone to without question.

I ended up waiting a total of 5 hours to have my car serviced. There was no communication. I was asked if I would stay and wait for my vehicle I replied yes, and at no time did the technician tell me that it was going to be a long wait. If I would have known that it was going to take 5 hours of my time I would have taken an Uber home then when my vehicle was finished. He was yelling at me from his little desk telling me I have been calling you over the PA system for when the entire time I was standing right where he could see me

Upon arrival, I had to wait nearly thirty minutes despite having made an appointment. That alone defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Omar explained to me how my car was overheating, dripping antifreeze, and would need a diagnostic, which would cost me $250 and I would not get the results of the diagnostic until the next day. I have never in my life heard of a diagnosis cost $250! That is an exorbitant amount, even for the greedy, vultures that car dealers are. Omar then went on to explain how I would need to call a tow truck to tow my car home?! I explained to him I would opt out of the diagnostic and would just like my battery to be replaced, considering that is the only service I requested. He then said that was fine and explained he would call me back once the battery was changed. Even with an appointment the battery replacement service took nearly two hours. Absurd. Omar then pulls up my car, which was NOT overheating, not leaking antifreeze and was absolutely fine! He mentioned nothing about the overheating and antifreeze and acted like he never told me my car was overheating and leaking antifreeze. I then asked him why he said such things, he looks at the car and proclaimed “they,” whoever “they” is, must have misread the gage. Are you kidding me?! I am very aware of the hustler antics, and evil greediness that exist at car dealers but this experience took it to another level! I will never return to this dealership as it appears the employees are deceitful, have no idea what they are talking about, and try to hustle young women! My car was working fine and I did not have to tow it home! I had my personal mechanic conduct a diagnosis, which he charged me $20, and he found the problem: a broken hose that costed .85¢ to repair. I understand capitalism and how notorious car dealerships are in regards to overcharging, however it is unethical, in my opinion, to charge a human being $250 for a $20 service. May the Creator bless all your greedy, evil, money hungry souls. Your karma is going to be so ugly yet warranted. Sincerely, A woman with a Ph.D. who will never be hustled by an uneducated “man”
