I had a appointment for a 5k service &a recall on the system up grade. It 7 hours to complete the work. I understand there are other vehicles to service besides mine. But what's the purpose of a appointment if it can't be kept 8n a timely manner? This was totally unexceptionable.

Sader was a great help and friendly. I cannot say that about the cashier and especially the other "advisors" who were sitting there apparently do nothing but "chatting". I understand your company got some sort of covid protocol which makes customers to pay (unless its cash) at the desk where Sader was sitting at. Sader was on the phone with another customer (i could hear that), pile of paper sitting next to him and i know he was trying to help. Why not have other advisors to assist when they were NOT busy--yes i heard them just chatting up a storm. dont worry, i won't report this to Honda, this is just my observation and hope you guys do well as a local business.
