Dane was very nice and helpful! I made an appointment to have a safety recall taken care of. He resolved another issue right away as the passenger side back door was not opening from the inside. He tactfully pointed out that there was a lock for the back door located on the back door. My car was done much earlier than anticipated and I just couldn’t have been happier!
