The service I received today was absolutely horrible. First, I was informed that I had to pay for the tire rotation which I did not pay for the last time that I had maintenance done on my car. I don’t if you changed what is covered under the service package and not inform the customers but I needed the maintenance done so I agreed. Second, I made an appointment for 9:15 am. I arrived at 9:10am. After waiting 3 hours I went to the counter to see if I could get an update on my car. Mike was not at his desk but my key fob was sitting there unattended. I asked another gentleman at the counter twice if they could find Mike as I needed to leave. Shortly after i asked that 1st gentleman the second time for Mike he disappeared and I didn’t see him again. After having waited an additional ten minutes I asked a second gentleman at the desk if they could find Mike as I need to leave. He called overhead for him. Another 5 minutes went by and that gentleman also disappeared. It wasn’t until a third gentleman came out that noticed we had been standing there for the past 15 minutes that he asked if we needed help. I explained to him the situation and he offered to help. In total I waited 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation and received horrible customer service. I’ve been coming to Goudy for 8 years now. This is the second time I’ve had a major issue with the service center.

Safer was ver professional in representing Gouda Honda’s Service Department from the time he greeted me, kept me informed on the progress of the service to my car. He was courteous to give me options to the services available and offers . He went above and beyond the call of his duty. He deserves a raise and all paid vacation on Honda’s dime.

Mr. Castro was very professional. He took great care of my car and my father’s car. He was very detailed in his explanation of what other services were needed. He explained this in a very easy manner which did not makes us afraid to drive the car and we can return to deal with this issues in a couple of weeks. It was a true pleasure to trust him with our autos and not feel that any unnecessary repairs are being recommended. We felt his honesty and professionalism in the explanations and treatment.

I was very happy with the service provided by Omar Samano and Goudy Honda today. I did question Omar as to why I was charged $76 to install a $133 battery on my Accord last year. I was not happy that his answer was I should have noticed and express my dissatisfaction at the time of pick up. I had to rush to a dental appointment then and didn’t notice. But a $76 installation charge for a $133 battery is over 50%!! I believed I was overcharged for the service... Ken N

Wilson was a fine representative until it came to me... there was a repair needed out of warranty to be done the price he quoted me was 1750.00$ I did some research my self as I came in knowing there was a misfire in my car. After not being able to use the car for nearly two days I am met with Wilson. He was nice but as soon as he was informed by mechanic about a wire that needed to be replaced, he wanted to over charge me. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for my courtesy vehicle I Had to pay an inspection fee of 150$ I could not afford to pay 1750.00$ I alerted Wilson I would need to tow the vehicle else where and he then threaten me saying if I decided to get repairs else where I would have to pay for inspection and the car would not void warranty.. what is the point of warranty if when I need a repair that was out of my control I have to pay out of pocket. This car is a Lease yet the dealership at every turn is trying to take your money and over charge you. I have car back from the other mechanic and I paid 300$ which compared to 1750.00$ is a lot more affordable but none the less total what should have been 300$ I end up paying 570$ including tows rental, inspection and other mechanics labor to complete a job Honda could not do for me as they wanted me to pay nearly quadruple the amount. I will never work with Wilson again seeing an unknowing woman and wants to immediately over charge and make sales quota with me... if I did not love the vehicles Honda produce so much I would no longer be a customer there..... the customer service I have received has been terrible especially at the Alhambra Goudy location on Main Street From the sales manager in the front to the service department personnel I have been met with terrible service one being overcharged second from the sales manager not being able to work with me and my credit you know this is ridiculous me and my mother want to purchase two more cars in the near future and I’m very apprehensive to continue with Honda...
