Daniel Tieu was great, treated me with the best service 10/10. This is more for a product that was installed, I bought a new steering wheel from Goudy and when I unwrapped it from my vehicle it had a couple deep wrinkle creases. Other than that I was very satisfied with Daniel Tieu’s service.

My vehicle was ready as promised.

This is my second time working with Wilson. The first time was for routine service (Minder A or B) and he was communicative, managed my expectations, and followed through. The most recent time was last week when I brought my Honda Pilot in for the third time due to the factory installed anti-theft alarm system going off on random hours of the day and night. While I understand that diagnosing something like this is very difficult, Wilson heard my frustrations and assured me that he would do what he can to help with a resolution. I left my car there on Monday and got it back on Thursday! Between those time periods, Wilson went above and beyond to stay in constant communication with me through text messages and phone calls. In fact, because the plan of action was to change a controller unit, he asked if I could bring the other fob key to have that programmed. I left work as soon as I could to get him that key and as I pulled up to the service center to drop off the key fob, I realized in my haste that I didn't have a mask covering!! I called Wilson and apologized profusely for this oversight on my part and he said, "No problem! I'll come out to the curb to get the key from you." Wilson got my problem fixed (so far at least! 4 days without alarm going off!! crosses fingers). Wilson is the best service representative I have ever had, and my family has owned Hondas, Toyotas, Mazdas, and Mitsubishi, and Mercedes. Goudy Honda will always "have my business" with Wilson there.
