This feedback is not for the representative, this feedback is for the technician that worked on my car. First, I didn't pay a light bill. Now I am second guessing all the work performed.I had a coupon to replace synthetic oil, rotate tires, set tire pressure, etc. Soon as I arrive to work in the morning today I get a warning on my dash that my tire pressure is low. I grab a pressure Gauge from work to double check and my psi is below 33psi on 3 tires. I understand these guys are racing against time but what's another 5 minutes.

Mike did an amazing job explaining my car issues and recommending me services. His team however, took something of mine from my car. I understand I shouldn't leave valuables but I cant be expected to remove everything I own in the car for fear that they might get stolen. It was about a two hour job. I didn't even leave it over night. Ridiculous.
