Each time I came to get maintenance done it seems like the technician working on my car improperly jacked up vehicle damaging the side skirts each time I don't mind much coz I know other places done damges to my bumper and side skirts so I can't piont fingers to one place I would just like them to be more careful while lifting my vehicle up next time

Ivan took really good care of me! I was worried that my car was out of warranty and that my AC will be out of pocket. I gave him a call and he told me over the phone that it shows I have extended warranty for only the AC with a requirement. He even said that he will do his best if I had to pay for the repairs. Luckily, I came in and it was covered by warranty! Only $100 deductible which was better than about $1000 if it was not covered. Thanks Ivan! I will come back next time for your service!
