I was satisfied with the customer service, however, unsatisfied with the wait time. My recall service was only supposed to take 30 minutes, but had to leave my car there for 6 hours. If this was going to be the forecasted case, Honda should notify the customer so we know to not make plans the rest of the day knowing we have to leave our cars there for 6+ hours. In addition, do not have so many appointment slots online when Honda is unable to accommodate that many customers per hour.

I was expecting my vehicle to be ready the same day. I was also told that I would be notified when my vehicle would be ready by text. Never received any message. Upon arriving to service department they were closed and went the weekend with no car. Very disappointed about the lack of communication.
