There is still a paint chip and I actually had to pay for a rental for a manufacture recall. Any other car company would have given me w free rental so because of the horrible service I will never buy another honda

Would have liked to know that shuttle was not in operation and rental car has to be pre-reserved before service. I understand because of COVID but I had to scramble to find transportation after dropping off my car. These information should be conveyed when making appointments to customers.

Very dissatisfied that that I was told there would be an additional charge of $375 to continue troubleshooting my vehicles AC issues. Of course I declined since I only signed for an inspection fee of $150 to troubleshoot the problem. I found it ridiculous that if the tech could troubleshoot the issue, I was told to continue troubleshooting I’d would cost more. Wether it takes 1 hour or 5, the agreement to inspect was for $150.

I missed this survey until now. Hence, a belated reply. Wilson is very technically competent. He delineated 3 probable causes for the problem on my car. And solved my anxious concern. He is always helpful and exhibit an attitude of what he can do for the customers. I have purchased 6 Honda vehicles in last 36 years as the original owner and I always take my Honda dealer for routine maintainence and repair. I believe Wilson is the most capable and sincere service advisor I ever come across.
