Dane is excellent , I did not have to wait long when I arrived. The job completed earlier than what he told at first. The car is now fixed perfectly, thanks to Dane & the technicians that worked on my car.

I drove my vehicle today after an oil and transmission change completed on 4/8/21, and I noticed a loud clicking noise when I turn right and when I stop. I took it back to Goudy Honda, but was asked to leave it there over night or bring it back tomorrow, 4/10/21, when the technician and repair representative would be there. I didn’t expect to have any problems, and was hoping to have it looked at sooner. Luckily, no service lights are on, just the loud clicking noise when I turn right.

The repairs wew made to car satisfactorily so it should pass smog check (bulb) according to advisor. I am still confused about the many repairs that needed to be done on car. My brother took car and had checked by a mechanic before he bought it for me a littlt over a2 week ago. According to him he cleared the car of major problems but you advisor insists that all these expensive repairs need to be done to including transmission leaking steering column and tires ect.. . I know its an old car 2002 honda accord ex but something does not seem right and everyones stories and evaluation of car doesnt add up??????? I dont have $$$$$$ to make all repairs. It doesnt make sense. I not sure what to do next?? Please advise me by e mail . thank you.

I have gone to Omar several times over the last 2 years and he never disappoints. I am always so grateful when I come in and he's there. He makes the process go so smoothly. He is always honest about the service my car needs and makes sure I am not paying for something I don't need. Omar also does a terrific job explaining the service my car got and what exactly was fixed or needs to be fixed. I trust him very much. He always mentions that he is available by phone if I ever want to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Even without an appointment, he always makes sure that I get the service that I need.
