It was a simple service today. Nevertheless, Daniel was polite, friendly and efficient. My car was ready when promised, and Daniel helped expedite the check-out process.

Pretty dumb that I setup an appointment to have the tech tell me sorry I hope you have a few hours we are really busy. Sounds like a problem for the people that just decided to show up not something I should have to hear since I made an appointment ahead of time. And I had to wait for over 20 minutes just to be helped in the appointment lane seems pretty pointless at this point to make an appointment to have you guys take forever anyways. And FYI only reason I even went to this whack **** service was because I had a coupon otherwise I would of taken my Honda to another dealer. Have a great Day and please don’t contact me regarding your terrible service I’m over it.
