And it’s a service that is manifested in the service department’s representatives, in particular, Omar Samir Samano. Omar was professional: He was courteous, respectful, and attentive. He also demonstrated patience and a willingness to work with me as a customer in answering my many questions. Omar’s approachability made it easier for me to ask and understand, and this left me satisfied. His follow-up is fantastic, as was his explanation of the final report regarding our car’s maintenance and diagnostic check. Disappointed with service, I waited 7 hours to have my car ready when I was told 2 hours for a oil change and filter change. I spent over $300 and one ever communicated with me in regards to the change in time. I had to text and ask amd that’s when I was told my car was ready. I’ve been a Honda customer over 15 years, have owned Honda ever since and never had to wait this long for an oil change.

Dane was conscientious and considerate in helping me address maintenance issues with my 2002 CRV. It was my late wife’s car. She passed away a few years ago.
