I had an appointment last Saturday the representative that initially assisted me was Minh. I explained my concern to him (hearing a squeaking sound when I my speed is around 76-80 and the music in radio fades away even when I am sitting on the fwy traffic.) He instantaneously told me that they are busy that day and can’t help me and needs to come back. He further states in rudely and with a high toned voice manner that they cannot have the car run at 76 mph because the driver might get a ticket- II told him that I will drive and I just want someone from the dealer to witness when the squeaking sound happens but he said nobody can come with me because they’re busy. Finally he said to leave the car. I asked if I can get a ride home and he said “go to the cashier and ask”. After I got back from the cashier ( who initially told me that they don’t provide Uber/Lyft, then change her mind and told me that she can only provide one way dropped off, and to arrange my ride when coming back to the dealer to pick up the car..... wow what a service!), he was already entertaining another client, I waited patiently for him but then after he finishes with that client, he proceed to get another client and pretending not to see me. I felt so annoyed and upset with his rudeness and unprofessional attitude, and honestly this is the first time I experienced this kind of behavior from a dealer. I thought Honda people are helpful as you advertise all over the media. As I was standing there, Mr Wilson Yu noticed me, he patient asked me how he can help. I started telling him the reason I was there and he patiently listen to them and professionally discussed and explained to me how to addressed my concerns. He was even considerate of my time when I decide to dropped off the car two days after. He personally advised and assured me that if The car have another problem to give him a call. I wish that Goudy Honda Alhambra service center staff will be like Mr Wilson Yu. I commend his service and professionalism.

I was expecting it to take longer but I got a call a few hours later saying it was ready know. He was great. Thank you Ivan. I have been a customer of Goudy Honda since 2001/2002 and I have never paid for a vehicle inspection at Goudy Honda. So I was very surprised that I was charged a $150 fee just to have my car inspected. I understand that things change throughout the years. So not haven been given a heads up about this fee was a very upsetting.
