I would like to say about the Honda service advisor Mr.Minn.
The service advisor had an attitude with me today when I came in for service for my Honda CRV (date 04/24/21 time 8:30 am.)
1. Waited long. 2.the service advisor Mr.Minn argued with me sometimes talking about the car service history. Unnecessarily asked so many questions .Even though I repeatedly said that I fixed the previous car already issues on my Honda CR-V. 3. His voice was so loud and he was like a mad. L talking. To be honest,thank you!
I would like to rate him 0 in customer service.
Finally what he did was very bad: he often yelled at me and got out of his chair suddenly saying that he won’t provide service thus he refused service.
ThenI had to go to someone else a service advisor Tieu Daniell.
Very bad experience !all this happened in about a minute. Min service advisor had 0 customer service

I brought my car in for a 10:00am appointment, Mike put estimated time that my car would be done by 1:00pm, so I waited. By 2:00pm, I text Mike to ask for an estimated time that I can come back to pick up my car. There was no response whatsoever until after 4:30pm to come pick my car up at 5:30pm.
If he just let me know that it will take the whole day, I could have scheduled my time accordingly and not have to waist my time waiting for my car.
Text response & communication is slow. I would not come back here.
