I took my car in for a windshield check because water has leaked into the cab. Keep in mind I took a day off work for this so this problem can be fixed because major repairs like this are only weekdays. My car is barely one year old with 22,270 miles so it is still under warranty. Apparently the service department said they performed a water test and claimed no water entered in my car. I have water marks inside the windshield where water has dripped in, I did not clean the water marks so they can be seen by the technician. I was told my windshield is fine and there is nothing wrong. Also when the water test was done I guess the water that was applied during the test was not dried off my car or cleaned and left to air dry leaving the driver side fender and the front hood with water spots. It would have been nice to at least dry off the car or wash it after the water test. Your staff was not rude, but I feel my problem was not taken seriously or analyzed properly. Thank you.
