I only interacted with Jim, the service manager. It was a great experience, and I really appreciated all the effort put forth to ensure I had a smooth experience. I had a bad experience with DTLA Honda so I am happy to find a dealership that I can trust with my car.

Amazing service. Bought my car from El Monte Honda. Take it there for oil changes. First time car was serviced at goudy Honda. Amazing experience. Job done right. Technician at goudy honda was able to diagnose refrigerant leak where El Monte Honda was unable to.
