I am disappointed that my scheduled appointment for 11:00 a.m. to get an oil change and brake inspection lasted 4 hours and it would have been more if I had not inquired about my car. My car had been done and no one called me to notify me despite me waiting at the dealership the whole time. When I went to ask I was informed that I was to be given paper work and no one gave anything to me. I had an employee have me sign off consent but that was it. For being my first time at this dealership it will also be my last.

I’m very disappointed with the service. When I arrived Omar service person was not very helpful. He stated that my advisor wasn’t there and that they were probably not be able to service my car until he got there. He also stated that I didn’t have an appointment and that my car was going to be parked on the side and not work on. I clarified with Omar that I did have an appointment and that I didn’t think it was right that my car wasn’t going to get checked because my advisor was off. I feel like Honda is forcing me to work on there schedule and not on mine. When I picked up my car Omar was in the phone and just pointed to the cashier to pick up my keys. Which I thought was not professional on his part. When I get to the cashier I felt rushed and she couldn’t answer any of my questions because again my advisor had a day off. She gave me my key and told me the car should be park outside.
