The customer service was poor. I felt like just another job rather than a customer. I was disappointed in Neil’s tone, shortness, and lack of consideration. He told me to follow him to his desk but just walked away while I grabbed my purse. When I realized where he was sitting down he was on the phone and seemed irritated I was there. The installation of parts was done correctly, I think. When I set up the appt , I was told an hour but Neil made it sound impossible and asked “who said that”. He said he hoped the technician could get it done but wasn’t sure because he couldn’t talk to the technician. I waited for my car and when it was ready, that is literally all he said. I had to ask “so what am I supposed to do?”. He said “go to the cashier”. I didn’t even know the old mats were in my trunk until I got home. I am disappointed because I purchased the service plan expecting to get all my service needs done at Goudy Honda, but if the service center treats me like that again, I don’t think I will come back and be willing to pay more somewhere else.

Went in for a transmission fluid flush and when I checked the fluid later on in the day I noticed that it was very low. The fluid was still brown and I thought it was supposed to be a red color.
