Why have appointments for "express oil change" service if your service advisors take almost 40 minutes to attend to me? I got in at 11:10am for an 11:15am appointment. Nobody acknowledged until 11:48am. Then it takes until 1:15pm to do an "express oil change." Really? I worked at a shop and did oil changes in less than half an hour out the door. I'm seriously disappointed at the service I got there. I will probably take my business elsewhere. Over 2 hours for an express oil change service WITH appointment is a joke.

The service advisor lacks communication skills and customer service skills. He became visibly upset because I expressed dissatisfaction with being told that I may have to leave my vehicle overnight after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a service advisor. It wasn’t his fault but his attitude towards me was not professional. Furthermore, he hung up on me after I called to check on the status of my car. He did not call back when he said he would. I did get a discount on the expensive “service” but frankly I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. Nothing was done to my car, the service advisor even said that if I got the service of $1300 it would not guarantee to fix the issue. This is a joke. This service advisor needs training. If I do return to Goudy, I do not want to be helped by this advisor. I will be filling a complaint with the service manager.

I would just work on communication, and costumer service a bit more, I got my car back with tons of dirt all over my dash , radio screen, cluster door panels and car smelled like cigarettes, when I got to vacuum my vehicle I found a pack of cigarettes thrown in the back seat , I do not smoke.
