Safer is responsive, professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. I was extremely impressed that he gave me a call on the night, after the towing guy dropped off my car at your night drop, to inform me that my car was there. Normally people would wait until the next morning to call the customer.

I am sorry and frustrated with the poor quality of supermarket service by this employee! I made an appointment to change the engine oil at 7:15 in the morning, but it was not finished by 11:00!
