My service rep, Mike, tried to upsell me on unnecessary items at every turn. I received a call from him about 2 hours after dropping my car off informing me that an AC repair needed to be made, and I told him that I did not want to do it that day. He kept pushing the issue and called another two hours after that. After our second conversation I was never informed on when my car would be ready. I ended up having to call the service department an hour before it closed to find out when my car would be available. On top of the unwanted pressure for the AC repair, Mike also overcharged me for the basic oil and filter change that I came for. Prior to this experience, I viewed Goudy as a reputable Honda dealer and servicer. Now I would place them at the lower tier of dealerships in the LA area.

I waited almost four hours to get my car back. Apparently, it does not matter that I made an appointment. I am conscious that it was a Saturday, however, it was just an oil change. I was never called to pick it up, I just showed up. Also my stereo was not working and did nothing about but rather tell me to run diagnostics was going to cost almost $200. My partner was able to fix it himself. Very upsetting experience overall.

The adviser mike fogt was so rude. Like he didn’t let me finish my sentences he had to keep talking over me. So rude and unprofessional. He told me the car was going to be done soon but then had time wait so I had to come back the next day to pick it up. Every one there was super nice it’s just him idk if he was having a bad day or he is just a rude person with a bad attitude but over all very bad service.
