Mike persevered to find the root cause of my car’s issue. I’m not sure if other service advisors would have persisted as much as Mike did. Mike exhibited patience in explaining each and every part of the engine which contributed to the overall mechanical issue. Most of all, he treated me with utmost respect and assured that arrangements were in place for a complimentary rental car while my car was in the shop. This provided me with peace of mind and avoided unnecessary stress of temporary transportation to be able to go to work. Mike is a true professional, and provided exceptional customer service. All service advisors should be like Mike.
