When I got to the service department, I told the representative if he can check my battery because I need to jumpstart it every day now and he said they would and they would do the regular oil change. Once they called me back to pick up my car they told me my battery was good And I told him how can that be if I keep have to keep jumpstarting the car he kept telling me that the battery was still good and then once I picked up my car, the person driving my car told me I needed a new battery because he needed to jumpstart my car to bring it to me so I don’t know if your company just marks things off and does not do the proper checks or they just don’t care and they don’t care about customer service but I was very displeased
