Safer is an excellent service advisor. He went above and beyond in making sure my car was taken care of and all my questions and concerns addressed. He was very professional and gave thorough explanations of the service needed now and in the near future. I never had anyone go through each item of the service report and I appreciate that he did. He is a great asset to Gouda Honda and the reason I know I can trust them for my future service needs.

He is an amazing employee! I have had to go to Honda 3xs this week because my car was having some issues and from the moment I talk to him on the phone he was very helpful. He assisted me the minute I arrived to Honda the other evening and in the morning called me to give me details of my car and informed me of all the details. He was helpful once I got there and assisted me right away. He is truly an employee Honda should be proud to have as their own! Mike was awesome in explaining some things that were confusing to me as well as taking time to call parts to see if something was available for me.
