I was being recommended services the car did not need. The treatment was not warm. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and walked out with a 300 plus bill. The rep kept pushing services I had not planned and the car did not need according to the car diagnose paper. The wait wa almost 4 hours and it was not busy on the day I went. It appeared that people didn’t care about customer. I did not enjoy the visit.

I really appreciate the time that Wilson Yu spent on getting estimates, discussing the priority of each repair needed, and his professionalism. I noticed Wilson is unlike some of the service advisors at Goudy Honda. Wilson does not try to get me to do all the repairs all at once but instead, he help me to see which repair should take care of first and the rest later when I have the budget for them. I really appreciate that.
